Sugar Bottles

There is alot to be learned about the "fine" art of making these bottles.  Firstly, sugar is REALLY hot!  The color changes the longer the sugar cooks- also you can add coloring to the sugar as well- say, green for a wine bottle.  I think I will be experimenting alot with these to perfect this.

These vegetable cookies were made for a benefit called Harvest Table- A Garden Matters- which took place in the end of September at Summitt Brewery. The eggplant was by far my favorite cookie and super easy to make. It was really incredible how hard it was to find vegetable cookie cutters. Actually I never did, so I made a template and hand cut these myself. I made a total of 120 cookies for this event.

About Me

Mary Bolger
I started learning how to decorate cakes and cookies about 8 years ago. I enjoy making and designing cookies and cakes for special occasions and love the opportunity to personalize them. This is what makes my job so fun and unique. I try to stay ahead of the trends and offer my customers items that are trendy, fun and unique. I'm looking for that "WOW!" factor when I decorate cookies and cakes.
